About the project
A new build that borrows its palette from the woods it sits beside — mossy greens, warm stone, aged brass.
Brookside leans into color and texture — a house designed to read differently in every light. Lime-washed walls, rift-sawn oak, hand-forged hardware, and mossy, stone-heavy textiles give the home a grounded, tactile quality.
Every finish was chosen for the way it would age. In ten years it should feel more, not less, beautiful.

It’s the element we returned to again and again on this project — the one that set the palette, the plan, and the way a visitor reads the room. Every other decision here was made in service of it.
